Microsoft Systems Engineer, Medior/Senior

Microsoft Systems Engineer, joining our private cloud team, will be responsible for designing, delivering and operating various Microsoft solutions and services for our customers – companies of various verticals and sizes in the EMEA, EU and USA.

Responsibilities:

• Providing consulting services for design, optimization and improvement of customer’s Microsoft environment
• Participation in delivering and providing technical support for various Microsoft solutions and services for company’s customers (remote and on-site)
• Providing technical support to the sales team throughout the pre-sales process
• Continuous education and occasional certification related to the technologies used in day-to-day work

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a systems engineer position, preferably in a consulting/services organization or a medium to large enterprise
• Experience with M365 administration, planning and migrations (on-prem to M365, tenant to tenant) – Azure AD, Exchange Online and Hybrid, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business
• Advanced knowledge in design, administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft services (Hyper-V, AD DS, AD CS, Exchange Server, RDS, NLB, LAPS, Always On Availability/FCI)
• Experience in Windows Server administration and proficiency in PowerShell
• Knowledge of information security good practices and implementation of security concepts in Microsoft environments
• Understanding of project management flow
• Fluency in spoken and written English

Nice to have:

 • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
• IT certifications (e.g. Microsoft, CompTIA etc.)
• Previous experience with Azure services
• Previous experience with digital workspace solutions (e.g. Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE)
• Experience with IaC tools (e.g. PowerShell DSC, Terraform)
• B category driver’s license
